COVID-19 Protocols:
* Masks are REQUIRED for everyone on the shuttle service
* If you do not have an approved vaccination by arrival, you are expected to go directly to your quarantine location once being dropped off by the service

Frequently Asked Questions
What if there is not a shuttle offered for when I need it?
Sadly, that means that not enough students asked for service on that day/time. Luckily, you still have options. One option would be to organize your own transit directly with the University of Maryland Department of Transportation (UMD DOTs) through the Charter Request Form. Click here for the Charter Request Form.

Our partners at DOTs recommend the SUV option which has a $90 USD flat rate for transport from Dulles to College Park.

How will I know my shuttle slot is confirmed?

You will be emailed by the GSG Shuttle Coordination Team that your slot is confirmed, you will also be connected directly with your volunteer guide.
​
How will we communicate day of arrival?
​
You will communicate via WhatsApp group with your volunteer guide.
